   The strategic planning career of James S. Edwards, principal, spans more than 30 years. It ranges from Strategic Marketing, Advertising, Market Development, Product Planning and Sales Management for $48 million, $60 million and smaller manufacturing firms to ownership of several service businesses.
 
  Known for honesty and integrity, Mr. Edwards and his close associates design and implement strategic planning

He earned a BME from Illinois Wesleyan University and Masters from Northern Illinois University with post-graduate studies in strategic marketing and product planning. He is a frequent volunteer with organizations that rebuild homes, businesses and lives ravaged by war, hurricane, tornado, flood and other disasters.

 

Jerry Spriggs, Associate

   As President of beyerdynamic North America for 6 years, Jerry Spriggs restructured the company, returned it to profitability and served as senior advisor to the Chairman of the Board. His prior experience includes National Sales Manager of Altec Lansing Corporation for 8 years; entrepreneur; General Manager of a premier systems integrator, corrections officer and military intelligence officer for the US Army. He received his degree from Michigan State University and post graduate work at Michigan State and the University of Washington.

 

   

  

   Mr. Spriggs is well versed in streamlining organizations, effectively managing the sales process including sales teams, accountability and balancing budgets.

 

Greg Silsby, Associate

   Greg Silsby has lectured to over 600 audiences in 14 countries as Marketing Manager (worldwide), Marketing Director and gained experience in writing technical and marketing copy during 42 years of industry experience for Mackie, Electro-Voice,    Audio Technica and others. He has designed studios, worked closely with engineers at almost every broadcast network, White House Communications, Las Vegas venue, Hollywood movie lot and countless broadcast facilities.

 

   Mr. Silsby also founded the Fellowship of Technical Ministries bringing teaching, understanding and skills to those responsible for sound systems in all sizes and denominations of houses of worship. He is also author of numerous articles as well numerous editions of the microphone chapter of the NAB Engineering Handbook.
